FAQ / Common problemsQ: When I try to scroll up to read previous text, every time someone posts a new message the chat window automatically scrolls to the bottom. How do I make it stop? A: Just under the chat window there is a live clock, a bold Refresh link, and a checkbox (item 5 in the attached screen shot). Temporarily uncheck the checkbox prior to scrolling up; this will prevent new chat messages from being displayed, thus preventing the chat window to force-scroll you to the bottom. Re-check it when you're done.
Q: I can't see the Userlist. What happened? A1: Over where the Userlist usually is, you will probably see a user's name in green test and a link that reads "Back." Click the Back link to return to the Userlist. This happens each time you click a username in the Userlist. A2: Click the "Refresh" link above the area where the Userlist typically resides. A3: Click the "Chatters" link above the area where the Userlist typically resides.
